The H-100NV consolidated catalog illustrates the vast array of Needle Valves, Toggle, Gate and Bleed Valves that round out the Hy-Lok product offering.  Within these various series of valves, Hy-Lok has given our customers a range of fluid control valve options, that help achieve positive flow control, to best meet their application requirements.
 
Hy-Lok's Instrumentation grade valves have pressure ratings up to 10,000psi (689 bar) and temperatures up to 1200°F (649°C).  Accurate flow control is achieved through optional Stem Tip designs that help regulate system flow with Ball, Vee, Regulating, and Soft Seats options.  Forged and Bar Stock valve bodies, in straight and angle patterns, assure maximum contained pressures.   End configurations range from Tube, Pipe and Socket Weld styles and are available in sizes 1/8" thru 1” (3mm to 25mm), tubing and pipe.  A variety of Handle options are available. 

Standard raw materials are; 316 Stainless Steel, Brass, Carbon Steel as well as other exotic materials like Monel, Hastelloy and Super Duplex. Many of these valves are in stock at Hy-Lok USA headquarters in Houston, TX.
