  • Use filters in front of quick connectors.
  • Protect uncoupled body and stem with body and stem protectors or dust caps.
  • Keep body and stem aligned when coupling and uncoupling.
  • Couple and uncouple the quick connectors at room temperature.
  • Couple and uncouple the quick connectors during system cleaning operations.
  • Support hanging hoses or other equipment to prevent side load.
  • Re-lubricate stem seal O-rings periodically.
Caution Single-end quick connectors MUST be depressurized prior to disconnection.
