Hy-Lok's flareless tube fittings feature a two-ferrule design that compensates for tolerances in tube O.D. and range in tube size from 1/16" to 2" (2mm to 38mm).

Hy-Lok's rugged and compactly designed needle valves offer a wide range of sizes, configurations, end connections, pressure and temperature ratings.

Hylok DIN 2353 fittings are available in brass, carbon steel, and stainless steel with a size range of 4mm to 42mm combined with a wide selection of configurations. 

Hy-Lok single ferrule bite type design is available in many connections and configurations. Standard materials are carbon steel, brass and stainless steel. Sizes range from1/8” thru 2”.

Hy-Lok weld fittings range from 1/8” T to 1” T for tube to tube configurations and 1/8” NPT to 1” NPT for tube to male and female pipe configurations

O-Ring Fittings are made up of three basic components: female nut, gland, and body. The body contains a viton o-ring which is standard. Additional o-ring fitting materials are available on request.

Metal gasket face seal fittings meet or exceed semiconductor industry specifications for tube connections up to 1” O.D.  Hy-Lok ZCR gasket fittings have been tested  to hold and exceed a leak rate of 10-9 torr.

Offering the capability to reach extreme high pressures up to 60,000 PSI, fitting designs include medium and high pressure, with a Sour Gas option.

Hy-Lok precision machined pipe fittings are used for instrumentation and process control. Standard materials are 316 stainless steel, brass and carbon steel. Sizes range from 1/8” thru 2”.

Hy-Lok calibration fittings allow quick access to various differential pressure (DP) transmitters for calibration. Standard body material is 316 stainless steel, available in 1/4" or 5/16" dimensions.
