The ZCR Face Seal Fitting is designed to be completely intermixable with other manufacturers of high purity face seal fittings and valves.  The design of two sealing beads compressing a metal gasket, is the standard for the semiconductor industry.  Highly polished surface finishes of  Hy-Lok ZCR fittings equals no leaks in high vacuum and positive pressure applications.
VAR and VIM-VAR raw materials are purchased with tightly controlled sulphur content for welding repeatability.
